What You’ll Do:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of residential electricians.
- Oversee installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of residential electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, and panels.
- Ensure projects are completed accurately, safely, and in compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to guide installations.
- Handle emergency electrical repairs promptly and professionally.
- Ensure team compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Track and report on work completed, productivity metrics, and performance goals.
- Collaborate with other departments (HVAC, plumbing) to deliver complete home solutions to customers.
What You Bring:
- Active Oregon Journeyman Electrician License (Supervisor License, a plus).
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience.
- Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
