The HVAC Service Manager will oversee all aspects of a location’s day-to day operations, financial activities, and people- both customers and employees. The individual will drive growth, performance metrics, create culture and develop all staff and management, constantly striving to be a world-class operator and helping others to do the same.
What you will do:
- Development and execution of strategy producing revenue.
- Impacts and increases key metrics including conversion percentage, average ticket, and overall sales
- Implement systems, training and accountability to be “gold standard” with service and quality
- Impact and improve key metrics including NPS, reduction of callbacks. etc
- Create culture and systems to teach, train and develop an industry leading staff
- Increase and impact employee retention at all levels and eNPS
- Impact and advise succession planning and career progression development programs
- Continuously seek and apply feedback to build a world class employment product
- Builds deep relationships with all level of employees, cross-departmentally
- Be positive a respected presence in the local community
Qualifications
- 3+ years Management/Supervisory experience required in the HVAC Industry
- 3+ years experience managing revenue, budgeting and/or P&L required
- Ability to train technicians to meet KPIs and sales targets
- Desire to grow a business and your career
- Skilled Trades experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking, risk analysis and develop solutions
